1. Driving Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, guests, and materials as instructed.
• Ensure vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections (oil, water, tires, brakes, etc.).
• Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Maintain a vehicle logbook for trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

2. Liaison & Administrative Duties

• Perform messenger and liaison work to various offices such as:
• Government agencies (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGUs, etc.)
• Banks, suppliers, and partner companies
• Process and deliver company documents, permits, and payments on time.
• Assist in purchasing and delivery of office or operational supplies.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned (filing, inventory, errands, etc.).
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company documents.
• Deliver documents and checks to lessors.

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a company driver or liaison staff
• Good knowledge of Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes
• Familiar with basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experienced in dealing with banks and government offices; professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• With valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2, or 3 as applicable)
• Trustworthy, punctual, and courteous
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
