Shift: Australian Business Hours (Mon-Fri)

Job Description

We are looking for a Collections Senior Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment agreements
• Follow up on broken promises to pay and escalate unresolved cases when necessary
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and internal procedures
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Collections, preferably within banking or credit cards
• Excellent English communication skills with strong customer-centric mindset
• Proven negotiation skills to drive effective collections
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• College graduate
