Field Collector will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts owed to the company.

You should be able to understand and translate large amounts of numbers and financial information, negotiate tactfully, and persistently contact people of interest to collect the value owed.

• Field Work – Field collector officers track down clients that no longer contactable by collection officers.
• Make Calls to Clients – Field collector officers attempt to locate and contact clients, primarily over the phone, in order to talk with them about their debts. This includes calling customers at home, at work, and on their cellular phones.
• Negotiate Payment Schedules – Field collector officers speak to customers to negotiate payment plans and payment schedules that suit their current financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
• Advise Customers - Field collector officers advise customers on their various payment options. If no payment agreement can be reached, collections officers inform customers of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts.
• Maintain Customer Files - Field collector officers keep customer files updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt.
• Answer Phones - Field collector officers answer incoming calls from customers and other individuals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Two years of previous experience as a collector or in a related field
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Speaking and listening skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision
• Able to create trust and build relationships
• Preferably living in Muntinlupa, Laguna or Batangas
• Willing to be assigned in CAMANAVA & BULACAN.
