Machining Production Technician ＜Cavite＞

Responsible for operating CNC machines, preparing machining processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment to achieve efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate machining equipment such as CNC lathes and machining centers to manufacture parts.
• Set machining conditions (e.g., cutting speed, feed rate).

Reading Drawings and Process Preparation

• Interpret technical drawings and prepare the necessary tools and materials.
• Create or modify machining programs when required.

Quality Control

• Measure finished products to check dimensions and accuracy.
• Conduct inspections and make adjustments to prevent defects.

Equipment Maintenance

• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machining equipment.

Improvement of Production Efficiency

• Review work processes and reduce setup time to enhance productivity.
