Job Summary:

The L3 Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Specialist is responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting our AWS cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This hands-on role requires expertise with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization, supporting both operational stability and automation initiatives. The specialist works closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize deployment processes and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage AWS infrastructure using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, ELB, Route 53, Systems Manager, and X-Ray.
• Troubleshoot operational issues across EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and networking components.
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and operational problem-solving to maintain system uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or any related technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, scaling, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Must be available for on-call support and quick response during outages or DR events
• Strong experience with AWS services and cloud troubleshooting tools.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, scripting (Python/Bash), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
