What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of medical laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases
• Collecting and preparing samples for analysis, following standardised protocols and safety guidelines
• Accurately operating and maintaining medical laboratory equipment
• Documenting test results and patient information in a timely and detailed manner
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
• Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and quality control measures
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest medical laboratory techniques and technologies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
• Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting medical laboratory equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols with precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
