We're Hiring: Clinic Manager (Registered Nurse)

Start Date: Preferably ASAP | Full-Time, on-site (Cebu city)

We’re looking for a Clinic Manager to lead operations at our Cebu clinic. This is a key leadership role for a PRC-licensed RN with strong clinical and people management experience, ideally in a hospital or clinic setting.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee daily clinic operations and lead a team of 4–5 staff

- Report directly to the CEO with regular updates

- Drive process improvements and help expand the brand in the Cebu market

- Provide insights into business strategy and local operations

- Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care with a high-performing team

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s is a plus)

- PRC-licensed RN, NLE passer

- 5+ years clinical/hospital experience

- Clinic or healthcare management experience is preferred

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Tech-savvy – familiar or open to using tools like Discord, EHR systems

- Hands-on, detailed, and objective – especially in an all-female team environment.

Work Details:

Schedule: 5 days/week, shifting based on clinic hours (9AM–9PM)

Salary Range: Competitive salary
