Tracking status and progress of delinquent cases;

• Plan course of action to recover owed money;

Sending demand letters to delinquent clients via Post Office;

• Process and filing of small claims cases and appear in court as the company's representative;

Auditing new released clients;

• Reporting Irregularities of Area Coordinators;

Bookkeeping (SSJ, Receipts, Ledger, and Journals)

• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;

Attending monthly meetings;

• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
