Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, design and evaluation for various building and infrastructure projects
• Prepare structural plans, calculations and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and project specifications
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project team, contractors and clients
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering and construction teams
• Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation and documentation as required

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in structural design and construction
• Proficient in structural software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD)
• Strong understanding of building codes and engineering standards
• Exceptional analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and be assigned to any project location
• Able to work in a hybrid setup (office + site + remote)
