This position will involve working on various structural design projects focusing on structural design and analysis, detailed engineering design, and value engineering. You will be mentored by a lead structural engineer that has been working in the architectural and civil engineering industry for more than a decade. The projects you will be involved in will range from multi-storey commercial buildings, residential homes, industrial and institutional structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structural design of vertical structures, working through all design phases: Schematic/Conceptual, Detailed Design, Pre-Construction
• Perform structural modelling and analysis using software tools such as STAAD, ETABS, etc
• Develop and document supporting structural design calculations
• Draft engineering design drawings (layouts, sections, details) using AutoCAD
• Organize key insights and recommendations for client presentation
• Assist lead structural engineer in site visits, client meetings and presentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Applicant must be willing to be trained, be proactive in learning, and committed to deliver quality work with integrity
• With relevant experience is a plus
