• Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dim sum items such as dumplings, buns, rolls, and desserts.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control across all dishes.
• Manage the preparation of ingredients, including dough, fillings, and sauces, with high efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure ingredient availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff on dim sum preparation techniques.
