Job Requirements

• Preferably, with degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management or any equivalent professional certification

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a la carte kitchens

• Strong knowledge of International Cuisine especially European cuisines, cooking preparing according to recipes and presentation standards, techniques, and plating styles.

• High standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety

• Teamwork and communication with other staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality a la carte dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure consistency in food preparation.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop seasonal menus that appeal to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
