Xtreme Offshore Outsourcing Inc. is looking for Chat / Mail Support to join us!

What You'll Do:

• Help solve various problems encountered by cross-border e-commerce users through non-voice assistance.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed with high quality within the allotted time.
• Provide timely reports to the management team and fellow team members.
• Ensure operations of the team are covered through coordination of attendance of each member.
• Preferably with business degree, or any related field.
• With excellent English writing and reading skills
• Preferably with experience in customer service/customer relations.
• Must know how to use MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and E-commerce platforms
• Familiarity in using eCommerce tool (Salesforce) is a plus
• Must be result-oriented, work proactively, highly resilient to pressure, and with great sense of responsibility
• Willing to be trained onsite
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Amenable to report as soon as possible.
