• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and debtor/collection risks
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and multi-year projections
• Perform profitability and margin analysis; recommend pricing and cost improvements
• Strengthen financial controls, protocols, governance, and compliance
• Refine KPI dashboards and oversee management reporting
• Support job/project management: PO monitoring, costing, utilization reporting
• Enhance CRM–finance integration, Xero reporting, and financial data accuracy
• Collaborate with UK-based accountants and internal finance teams; communicate insights clearly.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics; CPA/CMA/CA/ACCA/MBA highly preferred
• 10–15+ years progressive finance leadership; 5+ years at CFO or senior finance level
• Experience in consulting, fractional CFO, or outsourced finance roles is an advantage
• Strong background in FP&A, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and KPI management
• Experience with international clients, especially UK/US
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting tools, governance frameworks
• Proficiency in Xero, job/project management systems, CRM–finance integrations
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, independence, and project management
• Work Hours: 8:00 PM–12:00 MN Manila Time
