Job Description:

• Cashiering Management: handles the POS machine, operates the cash register, observes cashiering procedures, and manages the cash drawer.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the front of the house area, tools, and equipment.
• Provides excellent and quality customer service by assisting the customers with purchases and attending to customers' needs.
• Completes daily cashiering reports and secures confidential information and documents.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate, High School Graduate, College level.
• Having at least 6 months of work-related experience from the same industry (fast food chain, or casual/fine dining restaurant) is a plus.
• Should be a customer service-oriented person
• With good communication skills
• Open to flexible schedules (weekends, holidays), and long working hours.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and contributing to the overall operation of the store.
