Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Knowledge in using computers and office software applications
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to work efficiently and accurately
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Revolving funds and driver’s allowance cash custodian
• Releasing of daily allowance for drivers
• Releasing of weekly allowance for crane operator
• Balancing and daily cash count (Calaca and San Simon)
• Liquidation and replenishment of revolving funds and driver’s allowance
• Encoding of summary expenses
• Encoding and checking driver’s allowance issuance versus delivery monitoring of logistics coordinator driver’s status
• Withdrawal of salaries, driver’s allowance, and revolving funds
• Performs other duties as assigned or required
