• Provide excellent customer service while addressing client issues and concerns.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries effectively.
• Manage scheduling for travel arrangements and ensure compliance with client preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and offers to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

• No BPO experience requires
• Must be College graduate
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Willing to work onsite full-time (not open to working students)
