JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
• With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Process customer transactions and orders promptly, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Organize, update, and maintain data and information records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Address customer concerns by identifying issues and delivering effective, timely solutions.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
