Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer issues
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
• Collaborate with team leaders and support staff to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Open to Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
