1. Healthcare Account – Temporary Work From Home (Limited Slots)
2. Handle customer inquiries for a healthcare client from the comfort of your home. Provide accurate and professional support via phone, email, or chat. This is a temporary WAH setup, and employees will be required to report onsite once needed.
3. Pioneer Healthcare Account – Onsite
4. Join as part of a pioneering team for a new healthcare account at Everise Cauayan. This is a great opportunity to be among the first hires, build your career, and grow with the program from day one.

Key Responsibilities (for both accounts)

• Answer healthcare-related customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
• Provide accurate information about benefits, accounts, and services
• Assist customers with billing concerns, troubleshooting, or claims-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions correctly in the system
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet account performance goals
• Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction
