Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our Safety Device Campaign. The role involves handling inbound calls and executing warm outbound sales to promote and sell safety devices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment, demonstrates strong sales skills, and consistently meets or exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and execute warm outbound sales calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate safety devices
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Follow company policies and comply with all safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of BPO sales experience
• Residing within Angeles, Mabalacat, or nearby areas
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and motivated by sales targets
• Able to work night shifts with weekends off (Saturday–Sunday)
• Willingness to work onsite
