• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and patients.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in healthcare role.
• Skills and Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
• Qualities and Traits: Empathetic attitude and a detail-oriented approach.

• Must have at least 1 YEAR of US healthcare provider (hospital or physician billing) experience and AR collections experience.
• Familiar with key healthcare and insurance terminologies including copay, coinsurance, and deductibles.
• Must have knowledge in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
• Must be familiar with medical claim forms CMS-1500 and UB-04.
