Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Ayala Makati – Glorietta 1

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves assisting customers through phone, chat, or blended support, ensuring excellent service and accurate information.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
• Provide accurate information and proper resolution based on account guidelines
• Maintain quality customer interaction and documentation
• Meet performance and productivity standards

Available Accounts & Salary Packages

• Sales & Retention (with at least 6 months BPO experience) – ₱19,000–₱25,000 + Allowance
• Travel Account – Relocations (No BPO experience required) – ₱17,000–₱20,000
• Travel Account – Lodging (Chat/Blended) (No BPO experience required) – ₱17,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
• Activation / Technical Account (No BPO experience required) – ₱17,000–₱19,000
• Financial Account (No BPO experience required) – ₱17,000–₱19,000
• Back Office Account (With at least 6 months related work experience) – ₱17,000
• Car Rental Reservation Account (No BPO experience required) – ₱19,500
• Telco Account (With at least 6 months BPO experience) – ₱21,000

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati (Glorietta 1)
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience (depending on account)
