1.      Designs and lays out designs based on specification of the clients as communicated by the Project Engineers, Project Manager And Business Unit Managers

2.      Assists Project Engineers / Manager on project specifications and designs

3.      Is the primary designer of CAD plans and layout designs, ensuring all project requirements are met according to the standard and specifications

4.      Prepare and review project drawings and drawing revisions

5.      Prepares technical layouts, plans, designs, diagrams, and other data required to satisfy customer specifications

6.      Provides instruction to other disciplines on project action required in the form of written instructions, purchase requisitions, and inter-office correspondence.

7.      Prepares all necessary data to satisfy customer technical requirements

8.      Provide additional aid as requested by a Business Unit Manager to increase productivity on a project.

9.      Provides support to all departments regarding technical issues based on the field of expertise.

10. Coordinates with the Project Coordinator, Sales, and Admin to increase efficiency and task allocation for better client satisfaction.

·        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture/ Engineering or other related course

·        At least a year related experience and well verse in CAD Drafting and design, Spreadsheet, 3D software’s

·        With background in As-built

·        High attention to detail and accuracy
