The Buyer is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies or equipment for the business, this includes negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• With 1-2 years solid experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Direct experience as a Buyer in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, particularly with raw materials, packaging materials, "or finished goods, is highly preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management concepts.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for procurement processes.
• Excellent command of MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other MS Office applications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. "Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and strong ethical conduct.
• Certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, C.P.M.).
• Experience with international sourcing and import procedures.
• Willing to travel local and international food expo for product research.
