We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive based in Sri Lanka to help expand our presence in the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth through strategic email campaigns, cold calling, and branding initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and professional networking.
  • Develop and implement effective email campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support branding efforts and increase company visibility in the US & Canada market.
  • Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
  • Track and analyze business development activities to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.


Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, specifically targeting the US & Canada market.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, CRM tools, and cold calling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in branding and market positioning is an added advantage.
  • Open to applicants to a night shift schedule.
