The Business Development Executive supports the Business Development Head in achieving sales targets and driving company growth. The role focuses on acquiring and managing accounts, contract negotiation, market research, and ensuring long-term client relationships. It requires strong collaboration with Operations and Accounting to fulfill contracts and contribute to the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through planning and execution
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Present strong value propositions and negotiate contracts
• Record and manage client information via CRM
• Travel/Hotel industry experience required; GDS knowledge a plus
