Role Summary

Credit Kaagapay is an AI-powered app that helps Filipinos check their credit report for free and discover smarter, lower-cost loans. We’re looking for a senior BD manager to drive key partnerships in the Philippines. You will lead outreach and negotiations with banks, lending companies, and fintech platforms — and help scale both sides of our marketplace:

1. Bring in financial institutions to list and promote their loan products;

2. Partner with apps and websites to embed our credit tools and drive user growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy and execution across financial and platform partners

• Pitch and close CPS/CPA deals with banks, lenders, and financing firms

• Build embedded partnerships with fintech apps, wallets, marketplaces, etc.

• Manage full deal lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and growth

• Collaborate with product and ops teams to integrate and launch partners

• Track partner performance and optimize for revenue, approval rate, and ROI

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales

• Strong background in fintech, lending, banking, or B2B financial services

• Deep network in Philippine financial sector (consumer lending or credit highly preferred)

• Proven ability to close performance-based or platform integration partnerships

• Comfortable working with technical/product teams to launch embedded flows

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• Fluent in English; understanding of local financial market dynamics is essential
