QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a graduate of IT and Business-related courses or equivalent
• With at least three years' experience in business analysis
• Has strong stakeholder management skills
• Has ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

• Has excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

• Maintains, tests, and improves business and systems operations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifies and capitalizes on improvement opportunities.
• Identifies innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Evaluates the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• Communicates ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Acts as a liaison between business and IT groups.
• Designs and documents new system features.
• Creates monthly performance reports.
