This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at CVM Finance & Credit Corp., located in Rizal. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role involves conducting data analysis, liaising with stakeholders, developing business models, and ensuring process optimization. The Business Analyst will also support project implementation and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills, Data Analysis, and Reporting skills
• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Optimization
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Proficiency in Business Modeling and Project Support
• Ability to work on-site in Rizal
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in the finance or credit industry is a plus
