Electrical Work: Install switches, wall sockets, and electrical wiring for door access controls and automated gates
Carpentry Work: Install door locks
Welding: Install gates.
Power Tools: Skilled in using power tools for various maintenance activities.
Tool Management:
Ensure proper safekeeping and storage of maintenance tools.
Regularly inspect tools and equipment for functionality.
Clean and return tools to their designated storage areas after use.

At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent
Secondary school graduates or those with TESDA/vocational certifications are welcome to apply.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an electrician, carpenter or welder
Demonstrates a good employment record.
