  • Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, air conditioning repair, installation, routine inspections, and welding. Knowledge of safety and distribution components is essential.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working in commercial and residential environments, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
