• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture rearrangement and equipment setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety standards.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and maintain a log of completed work.
