The Commercial Building Maintenance / Handyman is responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the building facilities. This includes performing minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for tenants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Carry out minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and building regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and supplies.
• Support other facility-related tasks assigned by management.
