Description

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Building Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in welding and electrical systems; strong troubleshooting abilities.
