Responsibilities

• Perform repair and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, and structural concerns
• Conduct preventive maintenance for store equipment and facilities
• Replace or repair lights, faucets, sockets, wiring, and minor fixtures
• Install and assemble shelves, signages, and fixtures as needed
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests from branches
• Ensure tools and materials are used properly and safely
• Coordinate with store managers and the maintenance supervisor regarding work status
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
• Follow company safety protocols and maintenance procedures
• Prepare basic maintenance reports for completed tasks

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate
• With or without experience (maintenance background is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or repair work
• Physically fit and able to lift or carry items when needed
• Willing to travel to different branches or assignments
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Able to work during weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules
• Must be detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
