Description

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Assist in the coordination of renovation projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, installation, air conditioning repair, and routine inspections.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in commercial buildings, involving both indoor and outdoor work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
