Description

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers, addressing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair issues.
Conduct repairs and improvements, including drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work, to ensure premises are maintained to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, including materials used and time taken, to facilitate tracking and reporting to management.
Collaborate with property management to identify areas for improvement and assist in larger renovation projects as necessary.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
Effective communication skills to interact with tenants and property management.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks.
