Description

  • EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Ensure all restaurants equipment is maintained to maximize operational efficiency and longevity.
  • MINOR CIVIL WORKS AND PLUMBING WORKS Ensure efficient execution of minor civil and plumbing works to support restaurant operations.
  • ELECTRICAL WORKS Ensure reliable operation of electrical systems in kitchen and dining areas to support uninterrupted restaurant operations. Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations and maintain efficient operation of electrical systems to support the daily restaurant's operations.
  • OTHERS Directly report to the Engineering Supervisor providing regular updates on maintenance activities, equipment status, and any issues requiring attention.

Requirements

  • Accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
  • With Driving Skills (delivery truck)
  • Have intensive experience in restaurant repair and maintenance
