Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience as Brand Manager
• Experience working in FMCG industry or food industry
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing, media mix strategy, and campaign management.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer needs and awareness to marketing opportunities
• Consistently conduct marketing research regarding with competitors and industry
• and market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Identify the target market based on analysis of the brand and products
• Identify the target market's demographic, psychographic, and behavioral
• Providing guidance and leadership to the brand team and lead marketing team members through campaigns
