Agripacific Corporation (Rebisco Group of Food Companies) is looking for a Brand Manager!
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Co-develops marketing strategies and plans with Institutional customers for integrated solutions
- Co-develops annual brand plans and programs derived from the specific customer group-based strategies
- Engages with technology partners for collaborations – product testing, benchmarking, and ideations
- Visits & engages with customers / accounts for existing & potential new products on program evaluation, market conditions, customer insights, competitive activities, and creation of marketing strategies
- Participates in on-ground product ideation, testing, benchmarking, and deliberation for different channels
- Visits and directs third party agency for exhibitions – ocular inspection, planning and post & event preparations
- Conducts portfolio management and regular performance review of base products and new product launches
- Manages the full stage gate process for new products
- Tracks and analyzes sales and marketing data gathered and recommends appropriate action plans
- Conducts analysis and periodic review of customer group-based strategies, competitive landscape and customer trends by seeking field input from institutional customers and uses insights to develop programs that enhance the category equity and marketplace performance
- Manages the development and deployment of online and offline creative materials and content in coordination with creative partners
- Manages & analyzes metrics from digital platforms and media (Social & community platforms & eCommerce platforms)
- Partners with Marketing Services External Providers
- Liaises with concerned units (i.e., Sales, TSS, R&D, TM, R&D, QA, Purchasing, Creatives, Production, SCG, Legal, SCM) regarding institutional marketing-related issues and concerns to ensure timely and effective implementation of operational plans.
- Reports directly to the Head of Marketing – B2B and monitors the performance and health of brands handled based on related key performance indicators
- Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
This could be for you if have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in B2B and/or FMCG or other related industries
- Extensive background in project management.
- Advance skills in marketing data & information analysis, market potential analysis, and forecasting & trending
- Working background in B2B marketing, brand planning, brand communication research, brand performance analysis, and marketing communications
