• Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Train and evaluate staff members to build a capable and motivated team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and optimize branch performance.

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• With 2 years work experience in a retail store, meatshop or food industry
• Proficient in document processing software.
• With strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Pemium Choice Meatshop - San Juan Branch.
• Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy
