• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, ensuring high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage branch budgets and control expenses effectively.
• Ensure branch facilities are maintained to high standards.

Qualifications:

• With significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing.
• A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
• Honest, trustworthy with team leadership skills.
• Can develop and achieve business targets consistently.
• Able to source new business opportunities.
• With excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

SALARY RANGE: Php 35,000 - 40,000

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday ( 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM)
