3DModel Creation & Management

Develop detailed 3D models of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks).

Update and maintain models according to project changes and revisions.

Coordination & Clash Detection

Perform clash detection and coordination between different disciplines to prevent design conflicts.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts in the model before construction.

Documentation & Drawings

Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantities directly from the BIM model.

Prepare detailed construction documents and ensure consistency with project specifications.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure models meet project standards.

Participate in project meetings to provide BIM-related insights and solutions.

Quality Assurance / Standards Compliance

Ensure all models comply with company BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.

Review models for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

Data & Information Management

Manage and maintain the BIM database, including metadata, materials, and component specifications.

Ensure proper version control and documentation of all BIM files.

Support Construction & Fabrication

Provide accurate model data to support construction planning, prefabrication, and on-site installation.

Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation using the BIM model.

Training & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, software, and industry trends.

Provide guidance and support to junior BIM staff or other project team members as required.
