1.      Sales & Customer Service

·        Actively sell Focallure products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

·        Approach and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

·        Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size.

2.      Product Demonstration & Makeovers

·        Perform live makeup demos and mini makeovers to highlight product benefits and usage.

·        Follow proper hygiene protocols (sanitize tools, use disposables when necessary).

·        Tailor product recommendations based on customer needs and skin type.

3.      Product & Brand Knowledge

·        Understand and communicate Focallure’s brand values and mission.

·        Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, ingredients, and proper usage.

·        Know the key selling points for each product (e.g., long-wear, cruelty-free, vegan, etc.).

4.      Promotions & Campaign Participation

·        Execute in-store promotional campaigns and support product launches.

·        Ensure promo materials and displays are updated, clean, and well-maintained.

·        Inform customers of any ongoing discounts, bundles, or giveaways.

5.      Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

·        Create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere at the Focallure booth or counter.

·        Encourage repeat purchases by offering friendly service and follow-up.

·        Collect basic customer feedback and shopping behavior insights.

6.      Inventory & Reporting

·        Monitor stock levels and report low/out-of-stock items to the supervisor.

·        Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

·        Submit daily/weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and store observations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months of retail or sales experience (preferably in cosmetics or skincare).
• Experience in makeup application is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident in makeup application and product demonstration.
• Basic understanding of makeup techniques and skin types.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Energetic, approachable, and professional.
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and helping others feel confident.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
