1. Market Expansion and User Growth

• Responsible for expanding contract trading business in the Kurdish-speaking region, developing local business expansion strategies, and increasing market share;

• Develop and maintain resources such as KOLs, community leaders, and trading teams through online and offline channels to drive user growth;

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase user activity, and boost trading volume.

2. KOL and Partner Management

• Identify and connect with potential partners, such as local KOLs, traders, and investment institutions, to establish long-term partnerships;

• Establish a tiered KOL management mechanism and develop incentive programs for different levels of KOLs to improve conversion rates and ROI;

• Evaluate partners' market contributions through data analysis and optimize cooperation strategies.

3. Trading Data and Business Optimization

• Monitor and analyze local market trading data, develop targeted growth strategies, and increase trading volume and active users;

• Emphasize user feedback, work closely with product, operations, and risk control teams to optimize the trading experience, and improve user retention;

• Research competitor activities, adjust market strategies promptly, and ensure a competitive advantage.

4. Community and Brand Building

• Responsible for building and managing the local Kurdish community, enhancing user engagement and loyalty;

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct localized brand promotion activities, including social media marketing, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), trading contests, etc.;

• Monitor policy compliance to ensure market expansion complies with local regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Industry Experience

• Experience in cryptocurrency business development/market expansion, familiar with futures trading;

• Possess resources and connections in the Kurdish market, and have experience successfully expanding into the local market;

• Understand cryptocurrency trading market dynamics, possess data analysis capabilities, and be able to develop growth strategies.

2. Marketing and Community Skills

• Skilled at building strong relationships with local KOLs, traders, and communities, and effectively driving their promotional collaborations;

• Familiar with social media marketing (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, Facebook), and have extensive experience in community operations;

• Able to plan and execute localized marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence and drive user growth.

3. Communication and Teamwork

• Excellent business development and negotiation skills; able to independently develop and manage local partners;

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Kurdish is preferred;
