JOB SUMMARY

The Material Management Engineer is responsible on planning the inventory supply of materials, parts, tools, and equipment required for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer’s aircraft, The primary role of Material Management Engineer is to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

• SCreate and maintain accurate part numbers in AMOS & SAP, ensuring data integrity
• .Manage inventory databases for accurate forecasting and stock optimization
• .Analyze post-check spare consumption and shortfalls to improve material planning
• .Monitor and process inventory replenishment, repair orders, and stock transfers
• .Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance operations
• .Oversee tools and equipment calibration schedules to maintain serviceability
• .Identify critical spares to prevent work stoppage and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations
• .Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams for efficient material flow
• .Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements
• .Conduct self-audits to validate safety and quality compliance
• .Ensure reports, KPI deliverables, and documentation are completed on time
• .Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• .Adhere to company quality standards and safety protocols
• .Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor – Material Management Section
