Inspired by the harsh terrains of Australia, we strive to bring you the best produce and offer everyone a taste of warm Australian hospitality.As a service crew member, you will assist in serving drinks and food. You will also be expected to manage the cashier and assist in other grocer operations whenever necessary. Depending on the shifts provided, you will also be assisting in front-of-house operations to setup, and close the space of our outlet, ensuring that proper hygiene standards are met.To lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld

• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer orders or recipes.
• Crafting cocktails and suggesting drink options to patrons.
• Maintaining knowledge of a wide variety of drinks, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Serving drinks quickly and efficiently, ensuring proper portions and presentation.
• Engaging with customers, making recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and utensils.
• Regularly cleaning bar surfaces, stools, and floors.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Restocking the bar with ingredients, garnishes, and supplies as needed
