Lead and supervise daily bakery operations, ensuring all products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Prepare, bake, and finish a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items using advanced baking techniques.
Develop new recipes, seasonal offerings, and innovative baked products aligned with the brand’s direction.
Train, mentor, and supervise bakery staff, ensuring skill development and high performance.
Oversee inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating ordering.
Implement effective cost-control practices, minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient use.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all stages of baking and production.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all bakery equipment and work areas.
Establish and enforce bakery production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team on menu development and operational improvements.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product consistency and address any concerns promptly.
Perform administrative tasks related to bakery operations, including documentation, reports, and staff coordination.
Carry out other bakery-related duties as assigned by management.
