Sales Staff – Automotive, Industrial, Mining & Agricultural Sectors

Background:

Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire one Sales Staff member who will assist the current Sales Representative and take charge of part of the existing client portfolio. This position is designed with the prospect of becoming an independent Sales Representative in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients in automotive, industrial, mining, and agricultural sectors
• Support new business development and visit prospective customers
• Assist the Japanese Country Manager with client meetings, coordination, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ regarding products, quotations, forecasts, and inquiries
• Prepare sales reports, marketing materials, and product proposals
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed
• Participate in local travel for client visits (primarily Luzon)

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• 1–5 years of sales experience
• Experience in industrial sales is required (2 years)
• Experience in car/motorcycle transmission belt sales is required (2 years)
• Proficient in MS Office (2 years required)
• Commuting is required until business operations are fully established, although considerations may be made depending on individual circumstances

Work Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00
• Work Location: In person
